Liv-Glam Kicks Off Winter 2012: Envy Knee Boots and Glitter Leave Clutch

This designer at Liv-Glam creates items that are so tasteful, so elegant, so chic and suited for the moment, and at a speed that must account for the fact that she never sleeps! The Glitter Leave Clutch and the Envy Knee Boots both have a HUD with pantone colors that allowed me to have them match. Paired with one of my favorite Liv-Glam 'professional' pieces, it's obvious how well the textures in the whole of Liv-Glam's designs, both clothing and Liv-Glam the [Stella] label work together.

All Sorts of New at Liv-Glam

An array of new releases greet you when you arrive at Liv-Glam. This actually happens all the time to me; I pop in to the store and there are always new releases. Many of the new releases begin as sales deals too!

The Jackie O Suit came out in a new color - Azul, and looks very dignified and ready to wear to work. The Kira Pumps paired with the suit have so many options via HUD, I'll never find all of them. The Fendi outfit is a brand new release, with a unique top that lays over the ruffled skirt. Paired with the new  Eclipse Patchwork Boots, this outfit can be perfect for a party or a friendly outing.

Beginning the Week With Treats From Liv-Glam

Liv-Glam released four new items this week. I've begun to think that there are a set of elves in the Liv-Glam workshop that do work through the night every night to keep up this amazing pace of producing piece after piece of art that we can wear. Wow!

On the left and in the center, there are two options made available in the Lanvin outfit. You see one version leaves a slim strip of skin showing and the high waisted pants with a belt. The other version has a wide belt with a ruffled puff of material that drops from the waist to partially cover the hips. Either option offers beauty and style. Paired with the Lanvin Outfit are the Gaga Pumps, also on sale today and tomorrow (11.13-11.14). The pumps have endless combinations in the HUD that make these shoes an incredible value. It would take eons to find every possible choice the shoes offered.

The second outfit, the Kane Print Dress, has several print options, some very bold and some more muted like the one I chose. Since it is mesh, it hugs the curves of the body just right, and has an interesting asymmetry. Pumps paired with this dress, Kira Pumps, have twelve shades programmed into its HUD along with some options for jewelry and metal, giving still more choices for you as a consumer and making this pair of heels another great buy.

Whether you choose the Lanvin Outfit or the Kane Print Dress, or you like the Gaga Sandals or Kira Pumps, the prices cannot be beat. And to make it simple, why not choose all four!

Liv-Glam: 3 New Releases from this week

This week, Liv-Glam put together several really amazing sale opportunities that contained some great new releases.

This fun mini, the Liv-Glam Burch dress was released with the metallic stripes in several colors and then later in the week, another version (not shown) was released with a metallic print.

For a more polished look, the Jovani Illusions dress was released. It comes with three pieces- a slim high waist skirt, a full body top and a fur cape. Depending on where you might wear this look, you can opt to wear only the cape. Risque and sexy, and always glamorous.

The Proenza outfit also came out in two different prints at different times during the week. Both prints are available at Liv-Glam. I discovered that the top was long enough to wear as an animal print mini, and then when I added the skirt, I had an animal print maxi. Both are stylishly current.

Liv-Glam New Release Plus a Treat from Artistry by ~E~

I really love this job, this blogging thing I do, and a lot of time, I do it quietly, in an area with a photo studio and I can get lost in my own little world. However... there are those special moments that I get to interact with the designers, professionally and as a friend, and that's priceless. 

The outfit comes from Liv-Glam's never ceasing font of great design. Three mesh pieces work together uniquely. The top is just a sweetheart strapless tucked into a high waisted skirt. I found the lacy top that drapes over the two pieces extra special pizzazz.

The jewelry from Artistry by ~E~ has been featured because of an amusing conversation in the group Artistry by ~E~ where the designer said, "I'm not a turkey!" If you IM Endra Graves, and repeat the quote, "I'm not a turkey!" you will receive her holiday gift shown in the photo.

Secret Wednesday New Releases from Liv-Glam

Deals are always great, but when those deals occur as a new release that's even better. Two new releases come from Liv-Glam this week and both are Secret Wednesday specials.

This first suit called the Siviglia Outfit comes with a mesh hoodie type jacket and mesh pants, then adds multiple layers to make the whole ensemble look cozy for chilly weather and practical as well in case you want to take a layer off later in the day.

The Metradamo Outfit offers great three dimensional lines with the sculpted ruffles, sleeves and shoulder pads, and a pair of balloon shorts that work well with or without tights. The shear system top under the jacket can be removed and the jacket remains decadent but decent for a night out dancing.

I truly consider myself blessed to be on staff with Liv-Glam. The team working there to make it a successful business are amazing and to be a part of it makes me pinch myself to be sure I'm not lost in a dream sometimes.

Liv-Glam New Releases and All on Sale Fi*Friday

So many treats are available at Liv-Glam this weekend. Fi*Friday has not one but FOUR new looks.

The Claudia Balloon Dress comes with multiple texture options and the boots shown here are also new releases, Stella Solar Latex Knee Boots. With a bag over my shoulder, I'm ready to shop til I drop. The dress and boots are both on sale for Fi*Friday.

Toto, we're definitely not in Kansas anymore. I love the fact that in Second Life, you can be anywhere your imagination takes you. I hailed a taxi, and one came flyin`. Think I'll get to Liv-Glam the short way? Layers of this Roma Soir Outfit look classy and professional, yet the shear top under the sweater gives sway to a bit of naughty fun just below the surface.

And this last dress actually comes in two pieces and has six different colors for this radical 70's inspired texture. You can mix and match since it's actually a top and skirt, coloring each piece differently, or you could add in a skirt from another outfit in your Liv-Glam collection and diversify this outfit even more. I was thinking about the old classic movie, "Singing in the Rain" when I created this photo.

This week, Liv-Glam released several patterns for the Hannah Trumpet Sleeve Tunic Dress as well as a very sleek new jacket called the Eloise Vintage Jacket.

You'll fall in love with this versatile jacket as it can layer over almost any top and pair with any jewelry. The texture, with pinstripes and buttons, along with perfect use of light and shadow, and all monochrome, adds to the sexy sophistication of this wear anywhere jacket.

Definitely a winner, this Hannah Trumpet Sleeve Tunic Dress can be found several places on the grid. Liv-Glam: New Release Trumpet Dress

Look at the rich red of this newest release from Liv-Glam. It's created to catch the eye of an admirer and then the cut of the dress, that will keep the admirer focused on you all night long.

The overall cut of the mesh of this dress makes the shape sexy and the design different from many of the mesh looks already in Second Life. There's a band at the waist that's been textured in such a way that it looks like it was sewn with elastic to accentuate your slim waist. Liv-Glam - A Super Busy Friday

All sorts of great things came to Liv-Glam this Friday, some brand new, while others were new versions or color patterns of things you may recognize. I also enjoyed adding one of the new hunt items from the PMHH Hunt to the outfit to the far right. The Cosack Hat comes from +Natural+ and is a great winter addition to your wardrobe if you find this hidden treasure.

Each of these special styles are on sale for Fi*Friday at Liv-Glam. They are all short, but each with a different personality. A short skirt with ruffles settles round your hips and high on the knee in the first while a crisp longer skirt with a layer of lace at the hem decorates the second. The third presents  a multi-dimensional skirt that's shorter in front than in back and the fourth has the longest skirt, dropping the hem down to your knee. Sleeve lengths vary as well as necklines, and between the four of these, and at the price they're sold for at Liv-Glam, you're certain to find something to add to your Liv-Glam collection.

Liv-Glam: New Release for Secret Wednesday

The dress this week that's out for Secret Wednesday does a great job of presenting a softer side of Liv-Glam, something that makes you look delicious and innocent at the same moment.

The Terri Balloon Dress in Violet uses a large floral print across a youthful design with accent of pink and blue to make this dress fresh and lovely for use almost anywhere you might go in Second Life. Because it's short sleeved, you have the option of adding a shrug or cape, a pair of winter boots or a scarf and making it warm and cozy. In spring, just pull this look out again. *pulcino* Prim Nails in PMHH + Artistry by ~E~ Halloween

I'm always looking for creative ways to decorate my avi, to add little quirks here and touches of beauty there, to better design the overall aesthetic that best displays my sense of 'me.'

The nails by pulcino that are hidden for the PMHH are basic white and red, but each nail has a different little print. They reminded me of playing cards, I think because of the red diamonds on some of the nails. When you find this hidden treasure, you'll enjoy the many ways you can use them.

The gorgeous jewelry that looks like a spider or two built beautiful webs comes from Artistry by ~E~ as a 'Trick or Treat' gift. It was such a generous offer. And if you look at the house used as the background, this also comes from the creative mind of Endra Graves. This suit has 12 mad awesome textures from the designers at Liv-Glam that seem to know some sort of elf magic when it comes to color, texture and design. You can have the structured jacket match the tailored slacks that come with belt already attached, or you can choose two of the textures, using one on the upper layer and one on the lower like I did in the photo. The jacket is closed enough to make you decent. If you want to make it a little more professional, add a top under the jacket to cover a little more skin.
