When The Stars Go Blue -- Featuring DressMe and ***ArisAris***

 Sometimes what I do helps me escape a world that's challenging. I'm sure many people find some form of escape via the net. You might characterize me as outgoing, assertive, and extroverted. If you met me in person, you'd find much the same qualities I try to share online. I'm just me.

It's easier to work on little projects throughout the day sometimes than it would be to go and visit with people. And I really like some of the people who are in my world, on a friends list somewhere, or only a keystroke away from an email. But I don't stop, and go to explore. I've attended a couple of special parties this year, after parties for big events and birthday parties as well. Attending alone without a date might be the biggest challenge I face when determining if I'll go or not. Most of the time, it's 'not.'

I was humming this song this morning and had to pull it up on YouTube. For some reason, it felt like it fit the second photo I've shared, floating in a world with no walls, looking back into a world with people and places and things. I put this look together a few weeks ago to attend a party that ended up being in a Bat Cave aka Batman's lair. I didn't know it was a super hero party. The little summer sundress from DressMe and new glasses from ***ArisAris*** made me feel chic and able to hide (behind the sunglasses). I decided if anyone asked me what super hero I was, I'd tell them I was Penny from Inspector Gadget. (Look her up?!) I don't think I talked to more than a handful of people then I skittered away to my little corner of the world bashfully returning to the thing I do. I meant to blog the outfit then, but the best laid plans of mice and men...
