Sometimes a new item is really hard to convey in photos and text, when the item is so beautifully crafted and moves through a three dimensional virtual world with incredible elegance. Where are the words to 'show' that here?

I can tell you that this dress from the Bohemian Underground, the new Fuschia and Gold Ikat in Raw Silk, moves with the whisper of softly spoken secrets in a way that's almost magical. Many designers do flexi-prims in their own style and I know the craft of design is something always being perfected, no matter how long you've been in the business. Ms. Bagheera has been making lovely clothing for a long while, and still hones her craft. This gown shows the best of what she makes for us as consumers. The Bohemian Underground Midweek Madness Deals

This week's specials from The Bohemian Underground just made me smile. After a very much needed holiday at the beach, I'm home again and the first outfit on Midweek Madness is the Beachcomber. Apropos, isn't it! A beautifully textured top with an array of ocean graffiti paired with capri jeans encapsulated my recent trip as art that could be worn.

The Maharaj gown that's offered as the second special for this week's Midweek Madness is an awesome shade of gold with white accent. I loved the elegant neckline and the white lacy layer over the main skirt that was shear and added a touch of pure class.

The Bohemian Underground Midweek Madness

Every week I have the privilege of working with The Bohemian Underground as a part of Midweek Madness is another great week for me. This week, I spoke to the designer and realized that the avi I was using did not showcase her designs as accurately as they should be shown, so as I promised her, I created a shorter me so I could do those long gowns justice.

The Purple Jaquard Dress is one example of the long elegant design. It has two layers of skirt and beautiful sculpted sleeves to add depth and realism. The pretty trim of tiny white dots lended itself to pearls, but with this beautiful purple tone, you could decorate with gold and platinum as well. 

This Rose Red Silk Gown had a Far East feel to it and I thought of all those beautiful hand woven silks that come from that part of the world. Down the middle of the bodice and again around the hem of the gown, gold and white and silver patterns add just the right touch of color to the rich red hue.

I loved the name of this tea length gown: Fireworks Party Dress. Every time I've ever been to a fireworks display, there's been a festive atmosphere. This dress embodies that festivity. Rich jewel tones and metallics paired with a dark rust makes this gown perfect for fall.

You'll find something tres elegante, something comfortable and something flirty and fun at The Bohemian Underground for Midweek Madness this week.

This pale green dress with an empire waist skirt flows elegantly. Though it is only tea length, when paired with the long gloves like this gown has been, you can still wear it to formal affairs. You could also use it without the gloves and perhaps without the sculpted sleeves and go shopping with friends or out to lunch. Its delicate color and texture add to the feminine allure.

The Far East flair of this Mandarin Jacket certainly makes a statement. Vivid colors stand out in a crowd. There is also a hint of the military look in this jacket which also has remained high on the fashion gurus radar.

The Bohemian Underground Midweek Madness: 3 Specials!

This week at The Bohemian Underground, you will find not one but three special offers set aside for Midweek Madness.

This first gown, Blue Lady Blue, has a flouncy skirt with two underskirts as well so when you move, your gown really flows well. The top has 3/4 length sleeves with a special stola wrapped over your right shoulder.

This second gown, Iridescent Morning Ball Gown, seems to almost glow with a magical swatch of light and shadow and beauty. Colors are blended well between the pale pink and the deep indigo, and truly brighten the you and the company you keep when you're in this gown.

Finally, a shorter sweet mesh mini captures your attention. The brilliant pink truly pops! And you'll notice that the texture isn't a flat pattern, but a unique design that adds a flair to the dress.
