There are so many new things just pouring from the Liv-Glam collaborative efforts. Not only are there new releases from Liv-Glam, you find jewelry from Curiosity (FuLo) and a quirky fun casual array of new items from the K-Collection.
The Roulier Barbie all over print dress put me in the mood to purr like this classic car's engine. Skin and more skin teases the eye with the sexy cut of this dress.
Basia earrings from Curiosity (FuLo) and dangled from my ears, artistically repeating the silver circle of the hubcaps.With the muted pinks and purples snugly hugging around my hips and echoed in my boots and jewelry, I felt ready to paint the town pink. I wonder if they'd notice!
Some of the most interesting heels came out this week from the Stella line at Liv-Glam They are color-change heels with a studded anklet that's almost two inches wide with fringe like one might find on a cowboy's suede jacket. Since the fringe is long enough to cover most of the foot, it offers the illusion of a boot. The K-Collection Gio Outfit blazes bold colors on the top and pairs with a simple classic cut trouser.
~Shadow Moon~ offered me a blogger package this week that contained elements meant for Valentine's Day. What amused me the most was the dark humor included. The table and chair with traditional hearts accentuate what I would normally associate with this holiday. However, the grey tree in the background, the Dead Tree, delivers the anti-Valentine. Several poses are built into the tree. I chose the gardening pose you see here and avoided the noose option. I have so many goals I have yet to accomplished. I'm not quite ready to cross the river Styx.
A sweet thanks to Kay Weston who owns Image Essentials. She helped adjust the props for the first set of photos so that my tall avi fit. It's a great sim with many prop and pose possibilities and great people to help.

I thrive in creative moments, with people of interest, people of intelligence and people driven by similar passions. I've explored all sorts of ways to invest time and energy into Second Life based on this.
Recently, Liv-Glam added a new designer and the K-Collection came into existence. Liv-Glam is a very good example of all those things that make me feel alive and vibrant and excited because the energy generated there is amazing.
We're all artists of a sort in Second Life. From the newly arrived who work to stretch the sliders and create their first avi to the newest building learning tips and tricks on how to get buildings of all sorts to look great.
One way I display my own personal sense of art comes in each styling of clothing. I search for clothing that suits my aesthetic and then work to make the clothing look best with the right accessories. Another way I display my sense of art shines here with every word I type. I continue to be a passionate writer. Blogging, styling, writing, modeling, designing... these are just some of the ways we express ourselves artistically. When I put on the Hope Jumpsuit from the K-Collection, it immediately felt like ME. It's another artistic point of view you'll find among the many talented participants on the Liv-Glam team.
This past week, EMO-tions put together a selection of hair releases that all had some Far Eastern influence. This style, Rami, has two pieces so you have options. The first piece has the elegant jewelry built into the hair, and a unique side pony tail and braid.
The second piece adds volume over the shoulders so hair drapes long and wavy down your back and then does so in the front as well.
I paired the new K-Collection release Hope and the new EMO-tions release Rami with this week's 55L special from Face Paint called Raven. Many of Face Paint's recent looks were light, bright and cheerful, one named for a goddess and another named after a princes. Raven delves into the darker look, and when released as a full release, you'll find four versions of Raven, all equally stunning and fierce.

I paired the long over-knee Odeur boots from Stella with the new mini dress called Believe from the K-Collection. The white on black certainly made the pattern pop!
You'll notice perhaps that this is not one of my regular skins, but something new from SEANU. It's got a good base tone though the shadowing for the face makes me feel a little bit like a different me. Most skins do that though. I guess we all eventually feel comfortable in our own skin, even when it's pixels.

It's been a while for me to share ideas and information here. My world off line has been tugging more than usual. I imagine we all have that occur from time to time. Hopefully after tomorrow gets sorted, things return to my normal. Blogging for me offers such a release, and because of that, it's beyond fun.
While I've been away, EMO-tions has had two new release weekends. I'm dividing them accordingly to be sure you know which ones came first. This first style, Bittersweet is long and wavy, and will appear in an entire series with this gorgeous Chop Zuey Zenshi exclusive jewelry and a sexy layered lingerie set, so you'll see it from other angles as well as this.
This hair from EMO-tions, Maresol, offers a unique updo with or without the scarf attached to the hair. I've never been very good at manipulating my long straight hair into braids or updos so when I find styles like this from EMO-tions, it fulfills a little nook of need I've wanted for quite a long time.
Another extremely long style, Shima, reminded me of photos of my family with my mother happily sporting the distinct hippie look. I don't recall the late 60s or early 70s because I was just a wee tyke, but photos like this are familiar to me. It's a great retro style.
