If you'll bear with me, there are quite a few great photos I want to share that showcase at least the female side of treats that have been hidden around the sim.
This photo shows several unique items at once. First, there are two mesh outfit pieces hidden for you from Demise of Flight. The pink corset on the left and the brilliant print skinny jeans on the right both hide somewhere on the sim. Additionally, these two pictures show two of the special 'prop' based poses provided by Demise of Flight. Holding the flower yields a pose that looks simple and sweet while 'wearing' the bright idea prim yields the amusing pose with the lightbulb over my head.
A whole array of props (or items you might enjoy using as you decorate your own personal space in SL) was contributed by Something New. The set of frames is one example.
I'm a huge hummingbird lover and this little prop really made me smile. In my head, I have this amazingly beautiful image that's not quite reality, a safe and tranquil place. The cabin looks cozy and comforting and out front, there's a wishing well with hummingbirds. I'm sure the creator could see into my daydreams when this static display was made.
Something New provided a couple of options for decorative floor covering including this rich red with a jigsaw puzzle in progress, and a few goodies on the tray as well.
I immediately thought of Disney's recent hit "Kung Fu Panda" and thought that this sleepy version was what that panda looked like after a busy day of martial arts. Pandas are said to be very lucky and good gifts for families with new babies or newlyweds. Just a hint.
Another static display from Something New offers an Ottoman that reminds me of a cupcake! I've decided that I should probably eat something soon, before all the furniture looks edible.
The absolutely gorgeous gown by Bliss Couture, the French Lace Gown, fit perfectly with this sign. If I could turn back time, this gown would fit the 1860s well, and I could see a lass waiting impatiently for her loved one to come back from a war that was only supposed to last a few weeks. A freshly baked pie and a sweet hand made sign, both tokens of affection, waiting to greet him.
I was born the world's best eavesdropper and I've gotten better since, so when I saw this pose called, "The wall" I had to chuckle. She's leaning so close to that wall, certain she'll hear the best gossip if she's very still and quiet.
Whether you like to sprawl in front of a fire or in a field of daisies, this pose suits that perfectly. At this time of year, I was leaning more towards the roar of a fire to take the chill out of the air.
Sometimes, we all need a little space to think, and this pose, 'lounging' from Image Essentials really offered a graphic image to match that need.
As a blogger and model, I could never have enough poses, and this sweet 'Female stand' fits my personality to a tee. I have a wicked playful streak, but most of the time, I lean towards gentle and kind.
Besides the items shown here, there are a few items hidden specifically for the men, and a couple of items suitable for pairs, so you'll find a special array of goodies hidden to mark this special milestone for Image Essentials.
